Return and exchange
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from DARK LUX OAK. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging and you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
